synching contacts

I managed to get my Outlook contacts onto my iPhone but, so far, I cannot work out how to export my contact list from my iPhone/ PC to the new iPad. I cannot find it in the User Manual either.

Can anybody help?

Thanks for that. My diary is now working fine. Forums are great.

Has anybody any idea how I can get my list of contacts (Which is on my iPhone) also to upload/synch to the new iPad?
