surely making something wrong...

i am a new user and i read all infos on material, but can still not solve it :
1--my outlook mail account on my pc, has in inbox folder 118 mails, i tried to sync but can not find it on my ipad..... only the new ones are there downloaded surely from the webmail not syncronised and itunes does not give me any error messages.

2-- how to view my avi videos on my ipad
how to transfer and view, possible ?

Hi there, and welcome to the forums.

Question 1: the default email app on the iPad will only show new emails and not historical ones. The number that you can see in this app can be altered in Settings/Mail,Contacts,Calendars/Show. Then also check your sync setting in the mail account ( I have mine at 3 days).
