Some distressing problems of apps

I am using iPad 2. I am facing a problem since quit long.. Whenever I connect iPad to laptop(hp) it sync with iTunes and once I open any app in laptop eg. Mplayer downloaded from app store, it syncs and transfer the data but following that once I unmount the iPad all the other apps stop working eg. All games or file app or even mplayer. The situation comes that I have to uninstall all apps and reinstall.
It's too distressing.
Can anyone throw some light on it, and help to crack out this problem.
