Skins for ipad keyboard

Hello.. I was wondering if anyone knows of an app that can change the color of my keyboard ? I could do it on my old android phone but really thought apple would have something..

The only way you can change the color of your iPad keyboard is if you jail break it and install a tweak from Cydia (the jail breaker's App Store).
