Settings>apps

Under settings>apps, there are only 2 apps listed, yet I have over 20 apps on my iPad. Why are there only 2 listed?

Whether an app has an entry in 'Settings' is entirely up to the app Developer. iOS allows a Developer to establish settings from within the app, from within 'Settings' or both. It's entirely down to the individual Developer.
