Sent items

Why are you putting received emails into the sent folder? Anyway, at the top left hand corner of the screen you should be able to click an icon that has the email account name. That will take you to the folder list view. Click on Sent mails and they'll all be listed.

However, I've never put a received email into the Sent folder, so not quite sure what impact that will have.

Is your email setup using the POP or IMAP protocols? If you're using IMAP you can set up (on the email server) a folder structure that will enable you to keep all your emails in separate and categorised locations.
