Selective websites & itune store not working or opening?

Facebook website and also apple discussion website along with iTunes Store not opening. I have no Internet or DNS problem what's wrong.

Some countries have banned Facebook and some have limited or no access to the iTunes Store. Do you come from such a country?

No I can open Facebook from my android phone.

Have you tried resetting network settings? To do so, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You won't lose any data from your iPad by trying this.
