Safari Multiple Preset Tabs Upon Launch?

I would like to do a similar setup for my business whereas I click my Firefox icon on my PC and it auto launches preset tabs, mostly Google because it logs me into every tab. Very clean setup. Can I perform a similar setup on Safari or DL another browser to my IPad 1? Also how does the "Bookmarks Bar" work. Sorry if these seem like noobie ?'s but I am quite proficient on Android/PC but I feel Apple makes a beautiful product in the IPad. Thank you in advance for any help this community can do to help sway me the "Apple" way. Jason...

Unless there is a hidden setting I have overlooked, this is not possible to do in the same way Firefox or IE8 do it.
