Room Design App by Magichour Corporation

Hello,
This is my first post so patience please.

Does anyone have contact information for Room Design app or the developer Magichour? I was advised by Apple Care to back my iPad, then restore from that backup. This advice was given at the beginning of the Update issue. Following that Room Design App files were there but missing all the furniture, facilities, etc used in the App. And I could not access them to put them all in again. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I have the furniture, facilities, etc back but no files of course.
Apple care cannot give me any contacts for Magichour nor can I find it on the web. Anyone else have any info and having/had this issue?

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend.
