In iTunes - Music - More - Tones. There you can choose which kind of tone you like.
When you purchase a tone, you can choose how to use it:




It will be added to Sounds.
I hope that was what you wanted to know.

There are also apps in App Store, but I don't know how they work.

Well i usually download it from Cydia. Cydia is the best place where you can find fonts, themes ringtones and many other features.
