Rii Mini with btc mouse + trackpad not working, PLEASE HELP

I saw in a couple of places people recommending the Rii Mini to use as a mouse. I wanted to use it for XBMC so I bought the device. Unfortunately, I can get the keyboard to sync just fine, but not the track pad. I do not get the arrow to show. What am I missing here?

Any help would be appreciated.
