Does any one know of a app that you can add data into for your kids report cards so you can keep track of their progress?

Thanks for your reply but it's not what I was looking for.
The app i'm more like looking for is a grading app so I can add my children in to it and keep a record of each subject and there grades. I could just do it on a spread sheet but an app would be a bit better.
