Removing items from Trash

Hi, does anyone know if there is away to undelete an email that was deleted in error in my email program on the IPAD?

Check your trash can? I have to manually empty the trash so if you haven't done that yet you could be in luck.

You'll find the Trash in your Mail app, when you tap one of your accounts

I suppose it will not exactly look like mine, I've added a mailbox or two.
