Remotely present application from iPad...

I have been trying to figure out a way to demo applications on the iPad so they can be viewed on a desktop or iPad
elsewhere or remotely. I have used Team Viewer for this in the past but the iPad version of Team Viewer only allows connections from iPad to a desktop and I require a desktop to my iPad connection for the demonstrations.

Any suggestions?
