Remote control ipad

I have a number of staff who now have iPads, some people are struggling with them or come across problems with them. Normally if this happens on a PC I can use Team Viewer as over the phone it's horrendous

Now they have iPads they are out and about and rarely are in the office. Is there anyway from my PC I can remote onto the iPad to fix the problem, if in fact there is one ?

Also it helps with remote training too, dead easy PC to PC but PC to iPad I am struggling

Sorry, but there is no way to access a stock iPad remotely. It's a security feature (by Apple). Now, there may be ways if all the iPads were jail broken, but nothing for stock. Sorry.
