Regular portfolio-sized case for thr iPad?

I would love to find a case for the iPad 3 that is the same size as a regular portfolio so I can also use a full-sized portfolio writing pad, the kind you can buy at Staples, so I can take notes on the pad at the same time I'm looking at/using my iPad. Does anyone know of a case like this?

Even better would be if the case also fits an Apple wireless keyboard!

I have an Oberon designs leather bifold folio that might work well, check them out! They also make journal covers and diaries, so it might be sortof what you are looking for.
