Hi friends while sending I message I write country/city codes then number but it's apper RED and message did not send why? Ur early reply will very helpful as I want to message on that #

I believe that the address appears in red when iMessages can't send to that address; usually because the phone number does not belong to an iOS device. Messages sent to non-iOS devices require SMS, which can only be sent from the iPad if it shares an iCloud account with an iPhone, and the feature is turned on, on the iPhone.

This feature may vary by country. I'm not sure.
