Podcast app

Just downloaded this app but could not turn it off when I wanted to leave. I had to delete podcast to shut the voice off. Help. How do I stop it in midstream as it were?

if an app continues to run when minimized, you need to close it in the multitask bar. That will stop it in its tracks.
