Pixilated photo

I am trying to email a photo from my iPad.

When I send it the photo is VERY pixilated.

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this?

Which camera did you use to take the photo? Neither camera on the iPad is very good for still photos. Even the rear camera is only 1 megapixel - very low resolution by modern day standards.
