Photoshop full edition

Obviously there is PS express but I have downloaded that and it's pretty poor to be honest, I was wondering if anyone has heard of rumours or news that adobe will make a full PS for iPad 2?

Actually you can via splashtop

Ps needs a minimum of 1gb of ram....
