Hi my name is Ntuthuko Banda I have recently bought an iPad 2 I would like to know if I can make calls with it?

Have a look at Skype you can make free video or audio calls. There are other Apps available but many are Country based.
Where are you from, so hopefully others may make some suggestions if available to your region.

You can do this with the Talkatone app.

I went to the iTune store and found this. There were enough horror stories listed in the review section that it scared me away. It may be a great app, but just beware !!
