PDF Reader with scroll and zoom lock?

I sometimes read PDFs with very technical information, and I like to follow text or other information with my fingers without moving the page around or zooming in or out. Does anyone know of an ebook or pdf reading app that allows you to lock the screen while you are reading, so that finger movements won't affect the positioning of the page?

Not that I can think of. You could use just about any non-conductive stick as a pointer (pen, pencil, etc.). Not perfect, but better than nothing.
