Pdf "Open in" Problem

All of a sudden (iOS 9.2.1) I only get the choice of iBooks under "open in" while viewing a pdf file. What can I do to open in, say, Goodreader?

The last icon in the Share Sheet should be More. Tap in it and make sure Goodreader is enabled.

Thanks, twerpoet---but I am quite embarassed by my posting here in retrospect. Apparently, somewhere along the line in iOS 9 updates (maybe in the original issue?) "open in iBooks" got broken out by itself at the upper right of the screen---and I never noticed that a more general "open in" button appeared to the upper left. Ergo, problem has gone away!
