So I have optimum wifi and I'm tryna get it to work on my iPad but it's not. Any help?

Have you tried contacting Optimum? From their website, it looks like the iPhone is supported. Have you tried installing their app?

I have the app. I think I will contact them cuz it jus keeps saying cannot connect. Thanks.
