No more software updates

I have an iPad Air 2.
I’m stuck on update 12.5
Many of my tv streaming apps does not function properly longer . I need to update to 14.
I don’t get any automatic software updates anymore.
Help! How resolve this.
Edit: yup, it’s not iPad Air 2. Only described as iPad Air model nr: MD789KN/A

You can go to Settings General - Software Update and update your iPad Air 2 to iPad OS 15.4.1, which is the most recent version.

You can go to Settings General - Software Update and update your iPad Air 2 to iPad OS 15.4.1, which is the most recent version.

That’s not possible. Only says my iPad is up to date. It has had 12.5.5. So that’s not correct at all.

If you don‘t get updates any more, this might be an iPad Air (first generation). This device can‘t go further than 12.5.5, afaik.

The iPad Air 2 is capable off running the most current software version.
