No audio with Snagfilms app

I downloaded Snagfilms, only getting video, no audio. They have no "help" section. I was able to send an email, but have not heard back. Any ideas?

Ow do I get audio to work using SnagFilms app? Getting only video.

Some apps don't give audio if the Mute function is activated. Check that either Mute hard switch by the volume control or the soft switch in the multi-task bar is not activated.
