New owner of IPad3

hello to all
I just purchased an Ipad3 and can't seem to get it to connect to my homebase internet via router. Any ideas out there?

maybe I can help. do you have any other devices connecting to your wifi router now?

What is happening on the iPad when you try to connect. do you see the network name? Then what do you do, and what happens?
