Hi:
My wife and I recently received a 16 GB iPad WiFi + 3G as an early 50th wedding anniversary gift from our daughter and her family. We plan to use it on an Eastern Mediterranean cruise in mid-September.
I have been a Mac user since about 1988 [Mac II] and am very comfortable with the iPad.
I recently had a problem with the iPad and took it to the Apple Store on 5th Avenue in Manhattan and they replaced it immediately, since there was a software malfunction.
I use Dropbox for cruise information on the iPad.
The only complaint I have is that I cannot see the titles of the pictures I transfer from iPhoto through iTunes, although this is also a problem in iPod.
I look forward to getting the most out of our iPad through membership in this forum.
