New member. needs help

Hi,
My name is Robert Lovett. I am an artist living at Gold Coast, Australia.
I recently acquired an Apple ipad, but I am having difficulty learning how to drive it. Even though I am very computer literate (pc), I cannot navigate my ipad. Every effort to download the manual has been unsuccessful. It appears that the ipad is so popular, all the sites are overloaded. I hope somebody can point me in the right direction.
