NEW MAC. How to transfer apps and photos without deleting the the data of my apps

I got a new Mac then I successfully transferred my music and movies and apps. i havent sync my ipad yet. Now my problem is will my app data be deleted if I sync the apps to my new Mac? And how about my photos? Will it also be deleted too? If yes for both, how do I sync my ipad to my new Mac without erasing my app data and photos? Like my angry birds levels are all 3 stars!! I don't want to give that up. I worked hard on the levels.
