Need help for imovie video uploading

How do I get videos that I took on my iPhone 4 (on phone camera roll) to iPad camera roll so I can edit them using iMovie? I do not have a camera kit. That would help a lot I assume. But there must be a way to do it thru iTunes but I can't figure it out. Thanks!

Have u tried using email? Save in a draft and open the email again in iPad.

I have too many videos to email and they won't send if over 30 sec. I figured out finally that if i check "include videos" in the pictures tab in iTunes, they will sync into the photos folder on my iPad and they show up in iMovie that way. Thanks! iTunes is complicated and not intuitive IMO. Ugh.
