navi x problem

Hi all

Ive downloaded xmbc then navi x to my ipad 1, now when hitting naxi x and try to run this i get a message saying
ERROR ! script failed Navi x

any help please.

change the skin on xbmc from touch to comfluence..

yes..see that this works but Touch skin is designed for touch devices like the IPAD and confluence is designed for non touch devices like AppleTV. Are we just out of luck using a skin optimized for IPAD touch devices then?
