My YouTube videos aren't playing in my iPad

The vids I upload play when I go to YouTube on my computer fine, but on my iPad there's just a frozen image that doesn't respond to the start arrow.

I even bought some software to change the mwv to other formats, but I get the same result whichever format I upload to YouTube...it only plays when I go to YouTube on my computer.. not on my iPad

My vids aren't that big. That's not the problem... and most YouTube vids play fine on my iPad, just not the ones I'm uploading
