My Ipad 2 cant find any devices

my ipad2 can't find bluethooth devices. i am trying to pair a bluetooth hart monitoring belt. it works when i try the same with my iphone 5
I have just updated to lates IOS

Hi Rune - welcome to the forum! Check in Settings -> Bluetooth to see if your iPad is still paired to the 'heart monitor' or some other BT device; if so, turn the bluetooth off on the monitor (or other device) or hit the 'info' icon and forget this device. Let us know if this solves your problem - the question has come up before and may help others. Dave
