Music blank / not want to play

Sync my iPad with pc ,when I go to my music ,it won't play ,it's there but all grey ,not hi lighted .is there a setting I'm not seeing?

The music is on both. I'm trying to play it trough my iPad.

It's because the synch between pc and iPad hasn't finished. You need to resynch until it finishes. Add another song and do it again. I had to repeat this few times. It happened to me.
There is a thread about this called 'Does anyone else think the changes made to the iPod app ...' Or something long like this. Can't remember exact words.
