Movie download stop

I have an iTunes movie that is stuck in the download mode and will not complete. Is there a way to delete it on iPad and try to reinstall?

I have the same problem and it is consuming almost 2GB of space. How do I delete the download because it won't finish?

I have one that finished OK, but I watched it and deleted it. Now and then, unpredictably, the stupid iTunes Store keeps trying to put it back on my iMac when I launch iTunes.

Sometimes, I think Apple is trying to make us all crazy...
