I don't have the berries either and am ignoring the request. Eventually the option to dismiss the request will appear after about a month. I have found no penalties for dismissing a specific customer request and another customer appears with a different request.

Unfortunately I still cannot see the customer requests without the game crashing so I have monsters in my shop that I think customers need but I can't remember what colours they should be. I hope I will be able to see the requests after the next update.

When I play terrarium's whack a mole, the second round does not take place being replaced by a longer pause. Eventually I get the try again message. Do you also?

Yes, I often have the same problem - about every 4th game. I was disappointed to see that it wasn't fixed by the update.

Sorry I didn't get a chunky squidge egg to send you from breeding mine. I will keep a look out from the egg vendor for you.

I am in he same boat, my daughter is currently playing the game, i cant see the request tab without the game crashing. Sorry folks, cant fullfill all the requests you have sent my way at rhis time...
