money tracking and management app??

Hey i have been looking for a specific app and havn't been able to find what i was looking for yet. I am a professional tennis instructor and was looking for an app that i could use to manage the lessons i give and the rates and things like that.

What im looking for

- entry of clients
- entry of payment
- sales
- link with iCal possibly?
- viewing monthly and weekly reports of money brought it
-etc.

Does anything like this exist!?!?!?!?
