Microsoft Exchange upload problems

Hi guys

Just got my new iPad2 yesterday (happy days!) and cannot get the Folders within my Microsoft Exchange to sync properly. The account will sync no problem but the issue is at all emails are displaying without being sorted in their respective folders.

Any ideas?

Let me add some more detail. I have a gmail account, I added this account to the ipad2 as a Microsoft Exchange account, it fixed the original problem of "not seeing my contacts" but now the email folders are empty. Also, I dont think all inbox mail is showing. Any ideas?
