Meet i doesn't think I'm online???

Was perusing a free app list and saw rave reviews for meet i, which is a site that is very graphic and let's you review free apps b4 downloading. So I got meet i, three times now and although it loads onto my iPad when I click on it, it thinks I'm not online. Suggestions?
