I need some advice and I thought this forum might be a good place to start.
I have more or less eliminated the need for CDs by putting them all into iTunes and playing the music through my iPhone or iPad (even easier since I got iTunes match). Now I want to do the same with my DVDs
What I want to achieve is to store all the films and tv shows on some sort of hard drive and then have another gizmo (or even the same one) to stream them to the tv as and when needed. I have looked at apple tv but I am not sure it will do everything I want, especially as I will need a NAS thingy to store that volume of films. But with other brands I am not certain they will stream the content I already have in iTunes, especially the music.
Any ideas or suggestions please?
