Lost WiFi on Update

I dont know but my 2 friends as well. after updating their phones dont have WIFI and volume anymore. It's not a printer situation but after the update this also happend. Is there something wrong with the update guys?

Just a note to say I've put your post in its own thread in the Help section. You had posted this completely off-topic Ina thread talking about problems with printing.
