Logmein Ignition

Hi i am trying to use Logmein on my ipad but when i'm trying to connect it display a message:"could not connect. Your session may have timed out or the host may have gone offline. Please try again". Anyone has experience this problem? How to solve it.

I did experience this one time after updating the iPad IOS. Worked fine again after I re-installed both the APP on the iPad and the program on my PC.
