Log / Backlog App?

Hello,

I am looking for an ipad app that will provide the same function as a Log. Basically, I want to be able to store all the history of when I made a specific purchase, when I went to the doctor, the cost of when I went to that specific doctor etc...

If there isn't an app like a log, I am wondering if maybe an app exists that will be like a spreadsheet where I can document all this information.
