Apple released an updated iOS version of 12.1.2, with the build number 16C104, still for iPhone only. If you’ve already updated your iPhone to iOS 12.1.2 before, you might not get this update.

It has to do with the Court battle between Qualcomm and Apple in the Chinese courts. The update disabled certain functionality for iPhones in China.

Probably not as iOS 12.1.2 only had various bug fixes for the iPhone.

Apple released iOS 12.1.3, watchOS 5.1.3, tvOS 12.1.2, the software for the HomePod (12.1.3), and macOS 10.14.3 Mojave.
There have also been updates for iCloud for Windows (7.10), Safari (12.0.3), as well as security updates for High Sierra (2019-001) and Sierra (2019-001).

Yep - just did my iPad Pro and both laptops - all went well (not a major macOS download) - now will do Susan's iMac and her two iDevices tonight or tomorrow. Dave
