Suddenly this picture shows on the iPad screen, the battery seems empty, but was fully loaded.

After resetting the iPad, the picture was gone.

No, that’s NOT correct; the device was fully loaded when the picture appeared.

Probably the software that reports the battery level had a glitch. Keep in mind that the battery level indication is not like a gas tank, where you can easily measure the level. It is a computed level, only some of which is based on the current voltage level.
