keyboard what makes the keyboard in ipad not to come up

i am having trouble with my keyboard popping up to type it keeps showing paste and no keyboaard

If you've paired it with a Bluetooth keyboard, make sure you turn the physical keyboard off when not using it. The iPad does not display the onscreen keyboard if it thinks you're using a physical one.

Or if you want to leave the keyboard on, you can go into the iPad's settings and turn Bluetooth off.
