jailbroken downgrade ?

Sorry guys, where can I asked a question about jailbroken apps ? I also want to know how to retrieve my SHSH from cydia if I want to downgrade my os.

in cydia there should be a button you click that says make my life easier. if you have clicked it the top should show in green text if your shsh is backed up.
