Try doing a soft reset to see if it clears up. Do this, while iPad still on, by holding down sleep button and home button down at the same time for 5 secs, then it should reboot back to the apple logo screen. Hopefully, u should be good then and it'll load up. If that doesn't work. Try uninstalling/deleting the app then reinstalling. Don't worry, if it's a paid app, u won't have to pay again, u can just reinstall app since it's already paid for. Good luck ;-)
