iTunes store

I cannot find the icon for this on my ipad, I have the music Icon which shows playlists but not the purple one. When I search the App Store it shows this icon and a link which doesn't open, any ideas please?

Perhaps you've restricted the app. Go to Settings - General - Restrictions. iTunes Store has to be enabled if you want to access it.

The iTunes Store is a built in app, it can be hidden or restricted, but not deleted.

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>iTunes and make sure the switch is on(showing green). Your iTunes app will reappear.
